Refunds may be granted for services that have not been fully delivered or where contractual obligations have not been met. To qualify, the request must clearly demonstrate that the delivered service significantly differs from the agreed specifications or scope. Proof of purchase and relevant documentation may be required.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or service activation. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review unless required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered services. Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
Refunds will not be granted for completed services delivered according to agreed specifications, digital products already accessed or downloaded, or services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Customized or bespoke solutions may also be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
